Bruce is a safe pair of hands for anything internet or website related. He is unerringly polite, professional and patient. He took the time to really listen to me, and check that he understood what I wanted on my site and how I wanted it to look. He is also a technical ace, seamlessly managing my domain and email migration and advising on SEO so my site could be found among the many millions out there.

Key Services
When someone looks for your services, they’re often doing it quietly and not always with much confidence. Your website can make that first step feel simpler and safer. It should explain how you work, who you help, and what someone can expect, without feeling clinical or overpromising.
- Elegant websites that are personable but confidential
- Content that matches your integrity, not soulless algorithms
- Bookings/appointments calendars that don’t overwhelm
A good site also helps you set boundaries. It can answer common questions upfront, explain practical details, and reduce the back-and-forth before an initial enquiry.
Counsellors
Websites for counsellors post a tricky challenge: inspiring trust and professionalism while not revealing real-world customers. The work is necessarily confidential and doesn’t allow a trove of high-quality photographs.
This restriction doesn’t prohibit counsellors and therapists from having an attractive, personable website. I can work with you to stage real-world images that make your website real but confidential.
Be found online
If you want to be found through Google, your website needs a clear structure and location signals. That might include:
- Service pages that distinguish between specialisms
- Local pages or location details if you work in a specific area
- Clear headings and content structure that matches how people search
- Technical setup that supports indexing and performance
I can help with all of these and more, working with you to ensure the written word is properly primed for good search rankings.
